Our Values

We value the right to education for all and believe learning and access to opportunity can substantially improve the lives of those we serve, who come from some of the poorest communities in Tamil Nadu, India. Guided by the needs and hopes of these communities, we work closely with local partners to best serve our clients. We share the results of our work with our supporters whom we value as meaningful partners. We demand the highest ethical behaviour of our members, board, staff, partners and beneficiaries. We honour the dignity of our beneficiaries, recognize the contributions of our partners, and uphold respect for local Indian values in our work.
